蒸发器的分类　Classification of evaporator

　　冷藏库中使用的蒸发器主要有两种：一是冷风机，二是排管蒸发器（无缝钢管铁排和铝排）。

　　冷风机因安装简单、维修方便是近10年来冷藏库中使用较多的形式，但在多年使用过程，食品风干、变色及其较大的耗能和故障率高等弊端越来越突出。

There are mainly two kinds of evaporators in the refrigerating house:air cooler and coil evaporator(seamless ssteel tube(iron coil)and aluminum coil).The seamless steel tube(also called iron coil) for low-temperature house plays a role of cold accumulation.

The air cooler is the most common form for refrigerating house in thelast decade,but after long-term use,the weak points like the food gets dried and changes color,power consumption gets larger,failure ratio gets higher,etc will be more and more prominent.

　　DD吊顶冷风机可与不同制冷量的压缩冷凝机组配套使用。用于库温-18℃左右的冷库中，可低温贮藏肉类、鱼类等冷冻食品；DL系列适用于温度为0℃左右的冷库，可冷却贮藏水果、蔬菜、禽蛋；DJ

系列适用于-23℃以下的冻结库，可冻结肉类、不产品等。

　　DD suspended air cooler can be used in the refrigerating house at about-18℃together with compressor& condenser unit of diffeent refrigerating capacity as refrigerating equipment.It is can store meat ,fish and other frozen food.DLseries is suitable for the refrigerating house at about 0℃ which can store vegetables,fruits, poultry and eggs;DJ series is suitable for freeze house below-23℃ which can store meag,aquatic product.
